Meet Devon, a designer here at Narcissus Florals who has been with us for 5 years, but has been a florist for more than 20! With a degree in art and a lifelong love for creativity, Devon brings her artistic touch to every design.
Her favorite flower? The peony. “They’re so big, fluffy, and fun! Their short season makes them extra special, so I use them as often as I can.” Devon also loves working with seasonal fall blooms, drawn to the warmth and texture of autumn’s cozy palette.
One of her favorite events to design was a tropical bridal shower filled with bold, vibrant colors and even sliced oranges in the vases for a Miami-inspired vibe. Devon also creates most of our bridal bouquets which is something she truly loves. “It makes me so happy to know brides love the flowers they hold on one of the most memorable days of their lives.”
When working with clients, Devon makes it a point to understand their vision in detail. From colors and shapes to the meaning behind the piece, she ensures every arrangement sparks joy.
“I’ve always been artsy and creative,” she says. “Working with flowers just came naturally. It’s amazing the things that can be made with flowers, it’s truly so much fun!”
