Brittany and Shawn said "I do" at Eagle Oaks on September 4 with everyone in attendance inspired by the romance and beauty of this couple and the gorgeous atmosphere. Like all our weddings, we were privileged to be a part of this special day for Brittany and Shawn and wanted to share some of their florals with you. With contrast between dark and light colors a cornerstone of this romantic wedding, we carried this disparity of color into our floral inspiration too!
With the
dark bridesmaid's dresses and groomsmen attire as our backdrop, we used
pale flowers and greenery to create contrast. Then with the addition of
white anemones, which showcase black centers, we introduced a pop of
contrast within the bouquets and boutonnieres. This converse color
palette carried into the reception as well with the introduction of pale
pink florals and a mixture of tall cascading arrangements paired with
unique vessels of smaller arrangements. This made the reception florals
a continuation of the romantic, soft feel this couple wanted to share
with all their guests.
Bouquets: White anemones, white roses, white stephanotis with pearl
centers and white hydrangea paired with sword fern and seeded eucalyptus
for greenery.
Boutonnieres: A single white anemone, small rose buds and seeded eucalyptus.
Reception
Florals: White roses, white hydrangea, pink roses and pink delphinium
with seeded eucalyptus, in both small unique vessels and tall cascading
arrangements.
It was an honor to be a part of Brittany and
Shawn's wedding and we thank them for sharing this day with us! Another
special thank you to Kaitlin Noel Photography for sharing these amazing
