Weather in New Jersey can be unpredictable! For one of our Narcissus wedding couples, Dave and Joanna, their March nuptials proved to be a lot colder than expected, but they didn’t let that stop them from loving every minute of their day! At Narcissus we were honored to be a part of their wedding team and gladly braved the cold to deliver florals to help enhance the romantic style of their wedding.
With the Lobster Shanty in Point Pleasant, NJ as the backdrop, Dave and Joanna’s wedding reception simply glowed. With a mixture of tall glass vases and table level arrangements, combined with the fantastic chandeliers, the florals created spatial interest as you looked across the room. For the tall arrangements, we used cherry blossom branches for extra height, texture and color.For the table level arrangements we added color contrast by pairing white hydrangea and dark purple dendrobium orchids for added interest. With the twinkling lights of the chandeliers, the glowing bride & groom and the whimsical arrangements, you couldn’t help but feel the romance.
While the reception was stunning, the bride’s bouquet stole the show at this wedding. With cream, pink and burnt orange as the focal colors we added pale greenery consistent with the romantic style and the time of year. Ranunculus, Juliet Roses, peonies and seeded eucalyptus helped us create this bouquet perfect for Joanna.
