At Narcissus Florals, teamwork comes in many forms, and Nick and Ella embody it beautifully. Coupled and working in different roles, they bring balance, care and collaboration to the shop every day.
Both joined the Narcissus team in July 2023, with Nick coming on first after reaching out to a close friend, and Ella soon following. More than two and a half years later, they’ve become an integral part of the Narcissus family.
Though they work side by side, their responsibilities differ. Nick supports the process from start to finish, while Ella brings floral visions to life as a designer. Having distinct roles allows them to better understand the full journey of each arrangement and support one another along the way.
Nick finds the greatest reward in seeing a customer’s joy, whether it’s delivering flowers or helping bring a vision to life. Ella feels most fulfilled knowing her designs make a meaningful impact and brighten someone’s day. Both are proud of the moments that push them beyond their comfort zones, whether learning a new skill or tackling a new design. Working together has also deepened their appreciation for one another, strengthening their teamwork and their bond.
Nick and Ella are a wonderful example of the heart, dedication and collaboration that make Narcissus Florals so special.
