In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Core Delivery Details

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed within their designated cut-off times, servicing areas surrounding their storefronts in Toms River and Spring Lake. We do request a valid phone number for all recipients. All deliveries will be attempted at least once and all recipients will be called for further instruction should they not be home to receive the gift.

• Delivery Fees: Fees vary based on the specific location and driving distance, with an average hand-delivery charge of $22. Exact costs are calculated dynamically at checkout.

• Eligible Locations: Deliveries are made directly to residential homes, hospitals, corporate offices, funeral homes, and major event venues across the Jersey Shore.

• Required Information: Customers must provide the full recipient address and any specific location notes (such as room numbers or gate codes) during the online checkout process

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
