When I called for a status update, the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly kind; he took the time to have a sincere, heartfelt conversation about my grandmother's recovery. Even without the call, Narcissus kept me informed with timely email notifications. When I finally spoke to my grandmother, her first words were about the flowers—she insisted they were the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever sent her. Even my grandfather, a stoic Irishman not usually prone to such compliments, reached out to tell me how much they brightened her day. Narcissus gave me a way to feel close to her from states away, and that was truly priceless.

Probably the best experience ever. Al, the man who delivered flowers went above and beyond to get these flowers delivered and not left outside in freezing temperatures. Neighborhood was not plowed, roads were sheets of ice but Al got the job done. Flowers were beautiful and made my friends birthday even better. Can't say enough about the customer service that was provided.
